1. Service and operator
WI Centrum is a private platform operated by Web-Invest.cz for managed website administration, monitoring, maintenance, and backup operations. Customer accounts are provisioned directly by an authorised operator. These terms supplement the individual agreement between Web-Invest.cz and the customer.
2. Authorised access
Accounts may be used only by the person to whom they were issued and within their assigned organisation and permissions. Users must protect their credentials and promptly report suspected loss, disclosure, or unauthorised access.
3. Permitted use
The platform may be used only for websites, accounts, and data the customer is authorised to manage. Attempts to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, inspect another organisation, or use the platform unlawfully are prohibited.
4. Google Drive integration
An authorised operator may connect a designated Google Drive account for remote backup storage. The integration uses purpose-limited access as described on the Google Drive integration page and in the Privacy Policy. The operator may disconnect the account at any time.
5. Operations and backups
WI Centrum records task states and reports completed or failed operations. Backup and restore availability depends on the source website, hosting provider, connected storage, retention policy, and successful verification of the selected artifact. Critical changes should follow the agreed pre-change and post-change backup procedure.
6. Security controls
Web-Invest.cz may delay, reject, isolate, or stop an operation when a security gate detects unsafe, inconsistent, unauthorised, or unavailable conditions. Access may be suspended to protect the platform, customer systems, or third parties.
7. Availability and changes
The platform is maintained for reliable managed operation, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed where external providers, networks, customer systems, or emergency security measures are involved. Features and controls may evolve while preserving applicable contractual obligations.
8. Responsibility
Each party remains responsible for the systems, access rights, instructions, and data under its control. Any service levels, commercial terms, and limitations of liability are defined by the applicable customer agreement and mandatory law.
