1. Who operates WI Centrum
WI Centrum is operated by Web-Invest.cz. For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests, contact info@web-invest.tech or call +420 775 875 800.
2. Data processed by the service
The platform processes the minimum operational data needed to manage authorised customer websites: user and organisation records, access permissions, security and audit events, site health information, task history, and backup metadata.
3. Google Drive data
The Google Drive integration requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This permission lets WI Centrum create and manage backup files and folders created or explicitly opened through the application. WI Centrum does not request unrestricted access to all files in the connected Drive.
The integration processes OAuth access and refresh credentials, the configured folder identifier, file identifiers and metadata, and backup archives uploaded by authorised operators. OAuth credentials are stored encrypted and are used only to provide, secure, verify, or restore the requested backup service.
4. How Google user data is used
Google user data is used solely to upload, verify, download for an authorised restore, retain, or delete WI Centrum backup artifacts. It is not sold, used for advertising, used to build advertising profiles, or used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Sharing and processors
Data is available only to authorised personnel and contracted infrastructure providers where necessary to operate, secure, back up, or support the service. We do not sell personal data. Disclosure may also occur where required by applicable law or to respond to a security incident.
6. Retention and deletion
Operational records and backup artifacts are retained according to the customer agreement, configured retention policy, and applicable legal obligations. When access is revoked or the service ends, OAuth credentials are deleted or invalidated and managed backup data is removed according to the agreed retention process, unless continued retention is legally required.
7. Security
WI Centrum uses access controls, encrypted secret storage, audit logging, task isolation, and integrity verification. No system can eliminate every risk; suspected incidents are contained and investigated under the platform security process.
8. Your choices and rights
An authorised operator can disconnect Google Drive in WI Centrum or revoke the application in the connected Google Account. Individuals may contact us to request information, correction, restriction, export, or deletion where applicable.
9. Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised update date. Continued use after a change is governed by the current policy and the applicable customer agreement.
